大型铝合金U型框架复合铸造工艺设计
摘要
根据大型铝合金U型框架的结构特点及技术要求
提出了适合成形该类零件的复合铸造方法——砂型+实型复合铸造;论述了U型框架铸造工艺设计
着重介绍了浇注系统、冒口及砂芯的设计过程
并讨论了铸件热裂纹缺陷的产生及其结构改进
对同类铸件工艺设计具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。
Abstract
According to the structure characteristics and technical requirement of the large aluminum alloy U-shape frame
a composite casting-sand mold integrated with full mold casting was presented to produce the parts. Casting process of U-shape frame was described
focusing on the design of gating system
riser and sand core. Furthermore
the occurrence of hot crack in the U-shape frame was analyzed
and the structure was modified to decrease the hot crack
which provided a reference to the design of the same kind of parts.
