Abstract
Digital online monitoring system was employed to vacuum melting furnace to reduce artificial-factors on casting quality and to realize the information control to casting process.Through online monitoring main parameters of vacuum furnace including temperature
vacuum rate
and pouring velocity
the whole process of vacuum melting was monitored to make sure the rational implementation of melting technology and to avoid the potential problems
effectively reducing the waste rate of the castings.
