摘要

为进一步提高SCR铜杆生产线的稳定性与可靠性

经过长期生产实践的探索

成功地解决了烧嘴回火问题。根据竖炉回火诸多影响因素及其危害

通过有针对性地对烧嘴水冷管套、烧嘴回火过滤器、安全防爆膜等关键备件进行重点维护保养、定期检修和及时监控、适时更换有效地避免了竖炉回火的发生

达到节能降耗、延长竖炉炉龄、提高经济效益目的。

Abstract

To further improve the stability and reliability of SCR copper bar line

backfire on the nozzle of shaft furnace was overcome through long-term exploration from practical production. Considering factors and harms of backfire on the shaft furnace

through emphatic and regular maintenance and in-time monitoring as well as proper-time replacement for water cooling sleeve

backfire filter and proof-explosion film for the nozzle

and sustainable processing equipment innovation

backfire on the shaft furnace can effective be avoided

realizing the goal of energy-saving and consumption-reduction

increase of shaft furnace life and economic profit.
