基于现有镁合金汽车发动机缸盖罩T型浇注系统结构分析
对其横浇道厚度和排溢系统结构尺寸进行优化。结合压铸数值模拟软件JScast对其进行压铸数值模拟试验
确定压铸充填与凝固过程温度场分布情况及其金属液的流动情况
对其进行缩松、缩孔和流痕等缺陷预测
并采取相应的措施以提高压铸充填效果和压铸件的质量。结果表明
优化后的铸件总体积较优化前减少2.5%
且充填效果良好
验证了压铸数值模拟技术的可靠性。
Abstract
Through analyzing the T-shaped gating system for magnesium alloy cylinder cover for automobile engine
thickness of the runner and structure size of exhausting-overflow system were optimized. Temperature filed and flow field of the magnesium alloy in die casting during filling and solidification process were simulated by the JScast to predict the potential defects
such as shrinkage porosity (hole) and flowing mark. Based on simulated results
corresponding optimized process was conducted to improve the filling effects and quality of the die casting cylinder cover. The results indicate that the volume of optimized cylinder cover is decreased by 2.5% with excellent filling effects. Reliability of numerical simulation was verified.
