Abstract
There are 8 blades on an impellers
and the blades possess thin and large curved surface.Meanwhile
wheel of impellers exhibits a bigger wrapped force to the mould core.Unreasonable ejector design can result in the deformation or crack of the impeller.So 8 swing blocks and an ejector sleeve are adopted in push-out mechanism.The casting technology was analyzed
and mould structure and the operation process were described.
