或者变形率为68.5%~80.2%且退火制度为600℃×90min时

屈服强度≥724MPa
伸长率≥12%。
Abstract
Effects of different accumulated deformation rates and annealing temperatures on microstructure and mechanical properties of cold rolled Ti-3Al-2.5 V Ti alloy pipes were investigated to obtain a new preparing technology for preparing high strength and high ductility pipes.The results show that the recrystallization degree of Ti-3Al-2.5 V pipes exhibit relatively low with annealing temperature less than 550 ℃
while complete recrystallization can be observed in the pipes with annealing temperature of 700 ℃.The great variation of mechanical properties of the alloy pipes occurs at 550
