开发了一种挤压铸造过程直接测量铸件内部温度的方法
该方法能够对直接挤压铸造过程中铸件内部的温度变化进行连续多模次测量。采用该方法
对A356铝合金挤压铸造过程中铸件内部温度变化进行了测量
获得了不同挤压压力下阶梯试件不同部位的冷却曲线。采用光学显微镜对测温部位附近的凝固组织进行了观察
并测量了晶粒尺寸。通过将凝固组织与冷却曲线对照分析
研究了压力对凝固组织的影响。
Abstract
A method for directly measuring the temperature variation in solidification process of squeeze casting has been developed.By using this method
the temperature change during solidification process in squeeze casting A356 aluminum alloy parts was measured
and cooling curves at different locations in a step-shaped parts under different applied pressures were obtained.The microstructure at the locations of temperature measured was observed by using optical microscope
and the grain size was determined.By comparatively analyzing microstructure with cooling curves
the effects of the applied pressure were discribed.
