摘要

采用熔模精密铸造工艺制造TiAl合金叶片,通过对浇注系统设计、型壳制备工艺、熔炼浇注工艺的研究,实现了TiAl合金叶片完整成型。结果表明,合理设计浇注系统和型壳制备工艺可以减少集中缩孔、夹杂和气孔。

Abstract

TiAl alloy blades were produced by investment casting.The complete filling of TiAl alloy blade was realized by controlling gating system design,shell-making,and melting-pouring process.The results show that the shrinkage hole,inclusion and gas hole in the blades can be eliminated effectively by rational designing gating system and improving shell-making process.
