基于OpenGL相关的计算机图形学理论,对铸造CAE系统前处理模块中的STL预览、STL装配及STL校正等功能的实现技术进行了研究,包括STL文件的读写、三角面片的绘制、铸型对象透明效果的绘制、铸型系统三维坐标变换以及三角面片法向量的计算等。开发了相应的图形处理程序并集成到自主开发的铸造CAE系统。使用情况表明,这些关键技术有助于制定合理的网格剖分方案。
Based on the theory of computer graphics concerned with the OpenGL,the key techniques of implementation of some functions such as STL preview,STL assembly and STL adjustment in pre-process module of foundry CAE system were investigated,including reading and writing of STL file,drawing of triangular facet,drawing of mold model with transparent effects,three-dimensional coordinate transformation of the whole mold system and calculation of normal vector of triangular facet,etc.A grap-handling program with the techniques mentioned above was developed and incorporated into the CAE system self-developed.The application of the system shows that those techniques are much contributive to making a reasonal plan of mesh generation.
