退火温度对非晶合金Fe69Al5Ga2P9.65B4.6Si3C6.75磁性能的影响

通过7种不同的温度对非晶合金Fe69Al5Ga2P9.65B4.6Si3C6.75进行了退火处理
以研究退火温度对合金磁性能的影响。试验磁性能数据表明
合金的饱和磁化强度随退火温度的升高先增加后急剧减小
在450℃时的值最大
Ms为628.76emu/g;而矫顽力曲线和剩磁比曲线的走势相近
且在490℃附近的值较小
其软磁性能较好。试验证明
合金的最大饱和磁化强度的退火温度与软磁性能最佳的退火温度不是同一温度值
其综合磁性能的退火温度应选择450~490℃之间的值。
Abstract
Effects of annealing treatment on the magnetic properties of Fe69Al5Ga2P9.65B4.6Si3C6.75 amorphous alloys were investigated at seven different temperatures.The experimental data indicates that
with increasing in the annealing temperature
the saturation magnetization is increased firstly
and then is decreased sharply
and maximum value of 628.76 emu/g is obtained at 450 ℃.The curves of coercivity are similar to remanence ratio curve
and a smaller value near 490 ℃ can be observed
showing good soft magnetic property.The results reveal that annealing temperatures at the biggest saturation capacity are different to that at the good soft magnetic property.The reasonable temperatures for the comprehensive magnetic properties are in range of 450 ℃~490 ℃.
