以长安汽车1.6MT轮毂为例,对轮毂产品的服役工况和失效形式进行了分析,并对原结构镁合金轮毂进行了有限元分析和结构优化再设计。结果表明,镁合金轮毂服役应力峰值从36.4MPa降低到28.4MPa,低于极限疲劳强度,疲劳强度设计安全系数提高了28%。与铝合金轮毂相比,质量减轻了2.3kg,降低了32%。
Service conditions and failure mode of Chang’an Automobile 1.6MT wheels were analyzed,and analysis of original structure of wheel and its structure redesign of magnesium alloy wheels were conducted.The results show that the peak service stress of magnesium alloy wheels is decreased from 36.4 MPa to 28.4MPa,less than the limit of fatigue strength.Safety coefficient of fatigue strength design is increased by 28%.In addition,compared with that of aluminum alloy wheels,weight of the optimized magnesium alloy wheel is reduced by 2.kg,decreased by 32%.
