大型中空箱体铸件的消失模铸造工艺
摘要
采用消失模铸造工艺生产大中型中空铸件
可以大大简化生产工序
节约木模制作成本
缩短生产周期。但是
中空大型箱体类铸件的消失模铸造常常出现塌箱、胀箱、浇不足等缺陷。对于此类铸件应采用特殊工艺措施
比如在中空部位增设抽气管路、加大压头、加重压铁、设置特殊浇注系统结构等
可有效地减少或消除铸造缺陷
提高铸件品质和出品率。
Abstract
Large and medium-sized hollow castings
such as lathe bed castings on machine tool
were produced increasing in EPC
in which processing operation could be simplified greatly with a lower production cost due to the absence of wooden pattern preparation as well as a shorter production cycle.However
there exists casting defects frequently such as downslide
swell
misrun and so on
resulting in rejection
in the production of large and medium-sized hollow casting in EPC.For such castings
the special measures should be considered
including adding exhausting-channel or other mechanism
enlarging pressure head
increasing pressure-iron as well as setting special gating system
which could effectively reduce or decrease casting defects
improving the quality of castings and qualified rate.
