摘要

镁合金压铸件的广泛应用

特别是在汽车和3C领域的应用的快速增长

不可避免地产生大量的镁合金废料。其中

体积小、比表面积大的易燃废料（压铸高危镁合金废料）的回收问题一直困扰着压铸企业。为此推介了一种真空蒸馏回收压铸高危镁合金废料的技术和设备。分析了镁合金的真空挥发和结晶的技术条件及其对回收效率的影响。同时对设备的工作原理、使用情况和技术经济指标作了介绍。

Abstract

It is inevitable to produce large amounts of magnesium scraps with rapid growth of the application of magnesium alloys

especially in the automotive and 3C industries.It has been bothering in the diecasting industries to recycle scraps with small volume

large specific surface areas and easy to be ignited（high-risk die-casting magnesium scrap）.A vacuum distillation technology and equipment for high-risk die-casting magnesium scrap recycling was developed.Attention was paid to the conditions for the vacuum evaporation and condensation of magnesium and their effects on the efficiency of the recycling

the working principle

performance and tech-economic features of the system were presented.
