摘要

应用Procast软件对某大型复杂铝合金铸件的成形过程进行了前期模拟

并结合工程实际

对该铸件成形工艺参数进行了适当修改

最终在Procast软件的指引下

顺利完成了该铸件的实际成形。

Abstract

The formation process of a large complex aluminum alloy parts was simulated by the Procast software to optimize processing parameters.Based on simulated results

the processing parameters of forming the parts were optimized.The production of the alloy parts was completed successfully with the help of the Procast software.
