        摘要：The microcharacteristics of the oxide film on the surface of ZA27 melt were investigated using X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscope （XPS）, Scanning Electron Microscope （SEM） and X-ray Diffraction （XRD） etc. Contrary to expectations, the oxide film consists mainly of ZnO, Al3+ and ZnO while a small amount of Mg2+ and CuO also exist in the film. The ions of Mg2+ are obviously concentrated on the surface of the film. In these oxides, the phenomenon of metallic ions excess is quite evident. In addition, it has been proven that, partially due to the oxidizing, the contents of Zn in the melt will decrease and that of Al will increase.

        摘要：The effect of Ce on the structures and prperties and quenchageing of ZA43 alloy has been studied. The CeContaining compounds can be observed in the Cetreated ZA43 alloy and the chemical composition of these compounds has been analysed. On the above mentioned basis the mechanism of Ce refined α phase formation is proposed. Namely, the dendrite branches remelting and breaking off caused by Ce induced constitutional undercooling play important role for the αphase refinement.

        摘要：The filling of dry sand for vertical pipe with bottom blind hole in full mold process is studied. The main technological factors, including diameter of pipe, filling position of pipe, sand grain form, vibrating direction, vibrating dimension, vibrating frequency, and vibrating acceleration, are examind. The mechanism of dry sand filling for vertical pipe with bottom blind hole in full mold process is discussed.

        摘要：The paper summaries advantage and application area of Rapid Prototyping Technology. A series of investment casting processes of paper mould has been made and the features and implemental factors has been compared. We have emphasized the research on directly pouring liquid Sn-Bi alloy into the Rapid Prototyping paper mould. In such a way, We can produce a press die or prototype, and also make some predeterminate tests on mechanical properties and heatresistance of paper material. On the basis of these tests press die of men’s head portrait has been successfully poured.

        摘要：New type Al-10Sn-4Si bearing alloy melt was modified by NaSalt. The result indicated that modification not only refined eutectic Si-phase, but also obviously improved the crystallization behavior of eutectic β（Sn） phase, so that the β（Sn） phase solidified around Si-particle and distributed in the crystal boundary with near network. As a result, the favorable condition was established for the formation of uniform β（Sn） coated Si-phase after homogeneous treatment.

        摘要：A new filtration technique for purification of carbon, stainless, high speed, low and high alloy steel castings in investment casting was investigated. By means of mechanical properties determination, optic and electronic microscope examination and practical application it is verified that the usage of cap type filter could improve steel casting properties and effectively reduce inclusive cast defects in investment casting. The new way would be provided for quality improvement of investment steel castings.

        摘要：CounterPressure casting technology in given air pressure to realize filling and solidification for aluminium alloy melt can effectively raise dissolvability of H+ in aluminium alloy, and restrain the casting from forming pin holes due to the separation out of H+ during casting solidification. At the same time air pressure can obviously improve adherence effects of casting with cavity so as to make casting get better cooling effects than other methods. As a result, the casting gets a smaller crystal structure, thus densification and mechanical properties are greatly improved. This article expounds the research result of big offset load type wheels, which have special requirements in manufacturing integral aluminium wheels for cars. The result proves that the method can satisfy not only mechanical property of midtrucks, but also the need of polishing and plated wheels which require better casting surfaces.

        摘要：The induction coil of GW0251601/KGPS1601[Rated capacity of 250 kg, Rated Frequence of 1 000 Hz, Rated Power of 160 kW] crystal tube medium frequence induction furnace was reformed. The results show that the melting rate was raised, the melting time was shortened and the alloy elements loss was decreased. The energy consumption was obviously reduced.

        摘要：Rotational castings are often met in casting practices, the filling and solidification simulation systems based on Cartesian Coordinates are sometimes not suitable in this occasion, especially when the wall is very thin. The axes symmetry condition is destroyed when the body is discreted by cuboid volumes. Therefore, simulation system based on Polar Coordinates was developed in this paper to solve the problems. Preliminary simulation results show that this new system is a valuable method for rotational casting simulation.
