摘要

通过对前减震器套管铸件结构的分析，铸造方法及合金材料的选择，组织及性能的对比，表明挤压铸造优于金属型铸造、低压铸造及压铸。挤压铸造件力学性能比它们分别提高３９％（延伸率）和１１８．４％（强度），３１％和５３．８％及４９％和７３％。

Abstract

Based on the analysis of casting construction for front shock absorber sleeve

casting methods

metallic material selection and structure and property comparison

it is shown that squeeze casting is supertor to gravity die casting
