        摘要：The microstructure of Al-base composites reinforced by Al2O3 short fiber （Al2O3sf/Al）, manufactrued by a technique of infiltrating liquidly and extruding directly, was investigated. The mi crostructure features of the composites lie mainly in the dense matrix （uniform and fine grains deformed and recrystallized）, the fiber well-distributed,（no-bridging no-tangling and no-bunching）, the high as pect ratio of fiber （with the average higher than the critical） and a good reinforcing effect. The results show that this technique has many advantages such as eliminating defects, reinforcing matrix, improving fiber distribution and preventing fracture and injure of the fiber.

        摘要：In this paper,the analysis metallcscope,X-ray diffraction and other electron micro-probe and some corrosion tests were used to investigate the microstructure, and behaviour of uniform,inter granular and pitting corrosion of Hastelloy C-4 cast Ni-base alloy. The results show that a low C and Fe content and a complex reaction among proper Ni, Cr, Mo make the alloy possess good resistance to mix acid and intergranular and pitting corrosion.

        摘要：The influence of mould rotative velocity and the coating times on the quality of coating layer in centrifugal mould are studied in this paper. A process of alternating the mould rotative velocity and coating 2 times is drown out. A uniformed coating layer can be obtained with this process.

        摘要：In this paper,the effectiveness of GH technology,a achievment of reprocessing Al scraps,0as tested and verified. The purification mechanism of flux filtration was analysed particularly. The results showed that combining reasonable flux components with pruification technology could recover Al scraps with high quality and speed. GH technology merit be attached importance and spreacd.

        摘要：Using modern thermal analysis equipment with microprocessor,the cooling curve and its characteristis parameters are determined rapidly and reliably. According to T. （The euctectic growth temperature ） or TE （The eutectic growth temperature difference between unmodified and modified melt） and t.（Time of the euctectic growth）, The modification d of eutectic St can be predicted to control ling quality of castings.         摘要：In this paper, a great deal of tests on the technological parameters in thin wall EPS pattern moulding have been carried out. Results showed that moulding technology and pattern density interacted. The prefoam process affected the pattern density which, in turn, restricted the moulding process.Therefore, different technological parameters should be adopted in accordance with pattern densties.

        摘要：Solidification range of resin based pattern waxes for I/C process has been studied by test ing and theoretical analysis. The present work indicated that softening temperature （Tsf） of the resin based pattern waxes can be used to express their melting temperature, and glass transition point （T.） is taken as solidfication temperature. The range （T,-T.） mesured by thermoanalysis or DSC methods is crystallization interval, while T.f-Tg is solidification range.
