Abstract

The accumulator housing has a large bearing capacity

complex structure with the wall thickness difference more than 10 mm

and the casting blowhole must be controlled within 0.2 mm. The sequential extrusion die casting process was adopted to reasonably design the die casting feed

exhaust system and cooling system to solve the casting blowhole problem and enhance the bearing capacity of the accumulator housing.
