Effects of AC Current and Intermittent Current on Corrosion Behavior of Copper-aluminum Composite Plate
5%concentration neutral salt spray accelerated corrosion experiments were carried out on copper aluminum composite plate in intermittent energized state. The corrosion mechanism and current influence mechanism of composite plate were analyzed by weight loss analysis

EDS
XRD and electrochemical detection. The results indicate that the galvanic corrosion tendency at the interface of copper-aluminum composite plate presents more serious than that of aluminum matrix far away from the interface. In 0~50 A
the current can accelerate the corrosion
and the higher the current is
the more significant the acceleration is.The intermittently energized specimens are corroded more severely than the entirely energized ones under 25 Acurrent within 48 h.
