摘要

研究了超声处理对Mg-3Y-3.5Sm-2Zn合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明

当超声处理温度为720～680℃、处理时间为60～150 s时

合金的显微组织先细化

然后随着处理温度的降低或处理时间的延长而粗化

转折点分别为700℃和90 s。在700℃下超声处理90 s后获得了最佳的力学性能。由空化作用引起的过冷形核以及由空化气泡坍塌引起的高压脉冲产生的有效夹杂物形核基质

单独或共同作用

导致合金的显微组织细化。

Abstract

Effects of ultrasonic treatment（UST） on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the Mg-3 Y-3.5 Sm-2 Zn alloy were investigated. The results show that when the UST temperature is at 720～680 ℃ and the UST time is at 60～150 s

the microstructure of the alloy is refined firstly and then coarsened with the decrease of the treating temperature or the increase of treating time

and the turning points are 700 ℃ and 90 s

respectively. The highest value of mechanical properties of the alloy can be obtained after UST at 700 ℃ for 90 s. The microstructure refinement of the alloy after UST is attributed to supercooling nucleation caused by the cavitation effect and the effective inclusions nucleation substrates produced by the high-pressure pulse caused by the collapse of cavitation bubbles

alone or in combination.
