Abstract

The causes of abnormal microstructure and inclusions in the centrifugal casting wearing ring were analyzed. The abnormal microstructure and inclusions were eliminated by selecting the optimized discharge time

inoculation process

the thickness of coating and optimizing melting and heat treatment process. The yield of wearing ring was increased.
