摘要

呋喃树脂砂的工艺性与3D打印复杂砂型的性能直接相关。在单因素试验的基础上

确定了树脂加入量、固化剂加入量、固化温度和固化时间4个因素的水平范围

选择呋喃树脂砂的抗拉强度作为响应值

通过响应面分析（RSA）优化呋喃树脂砂的工艺条件。预测结果表明

呋喃树脂砂的最佳工艺条件:树脂加入量为3.6%

固化剂加入量为27%

固化温度为120℃

固化时间为61min。试验证明

优化工艺条件下呋喃树脂砂的抗拉强度为1.59MPa

与预测值接近。

Abstract

The process of furan resin sand is directly related to the performance of 3D printed complex sand.On the basis of single factor testing

the level range of four factors

such as resin addition

curing agent addition

curing temperature and curing time

was determined.The tensile strength of furan resin sand was selected as the response value and the process of furan resin sand by response surface analysis（RSA）was optimized.The prediction results show that the optimized processes for furan resin sand are presented as follows:3.6% resin addition

27% curing agent addition

curing temperature of 120℃ and curing time of 61 min.The results show that the tensile strength of the furan resin sand under the optimized process reaches 1.59 MPa

which is near to the predicted value.
