Abstract

The physical model of copper cooling water jacket with embedded pipe was established

and the orthogonal experiment scheme was designed. The casting process of cooling water jacket was simulated by the AnyCasting software.A satisfied experimental scheme was presented.Under the conditions of ensuring that the embedded copper pipe not melted through

the outer wall of the copper pipe and the cast copper body were well fused

which improved the thermal conductivity of the copper water jacket.
