摘要

采用数值模拟分析方法

研究了局部加压对压铸件缩孔、缩松的影响。利用AnyCasting软件对不同延迟时间和不同挤压速度等参数下的挤压效果进行了分析

并将模拟结果与实际结果进行了对比。结果表明

在合适的挤压参数下对压铸件进行局部加压能够有效减少压铸件中的缩孔、缩松缺陷。局部加压前后铸件缩孔、缩松的模拟结果与实际结果基本一致。

Abstract

The influence of partial squeeze process on shrinkage porosities（holes）defect in high pressure die castings was analyzed by using numerical analysis.The AnyCasting software was used to understand the effects of shrinkage control by partial squeezing in different parameters

such as various time lag and different squlezing velocity.Through comparison of the simulated result and actual ones

the results show that the shrinkage porosities（holes）in high pressure die castings can be reduced effectively by partial pressurization with suitable squeezing parameters.The shrinkage porosities（holes）in actual production are consistent with the simulated ones after and before partial pressurization.
