Abstract

Aiming at two kinds of extremely similar die casting shell

two kinds of die structure and reasonable pushing mechanisms were analyzed. For the thin-walled large cladding shell castings

the problems that the parts were broken easily by the push rod was solved successfully by using the two-stage ejection mechanism when the cavity was located at the moving mold.Through using auxiliary gate

the problem of insufficient feeding for side gate was eliminated. The structure of two-stage ejection mechanism has the features of simple

practical

and reliably.
