和旋转喷吹Ar气复合精炼工艺的除气效果最佳

镁元素烧损在可控范围内

同时浇注的铸件也具有良好的综合性能。

Abstract

The degassing efficiency and its effect on the melt quality of several refining process often used in casting aluminum alloy were analyzed comparatively.The results reveal that the compound method of C2Cl6 and rotating blowing argon process exhibits the satisfied refining effects

where the degassing effects are desirable and burning-loss of magnesium element is in the controllable range

meanwhile

the alloy has the high comprehensive properties.
