摘要

通过金相分析、流动性和拉伸测试

研究了Sm含量对ADC12合金重力铸造和压铸组织和性能的影响。结果表明

重力铸造时随Sm含量的增加

ADC12合金组织先细化后又粗化

合金流动性先增加后降低。与未加Sm的ADC12合金相比

加1.0%的Sm的合金中Si相细小

晶粒圆整度好

流动性提高了17.8%。压铸时

与ADC12合金相比

加1.0%的Sm的合金组织变化不明显

流动性提高1.5%

抗拉强度提高8.1%

屈服强度提高6.9%

伸长率提高13.0%。

Abstract

Effects of Sm content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of gravity casting and die casting ADC12 alloy were investigated by metallographic analysis

liquidity and tensile testing.The results show that with the increase of Sm content

microstructure is refined firstly and then coarsened

and alloy liquidity is increased at first and then decreased.Compared with those of ADC12 alloy without Sm

Si phase can be refined with more spheroidization

and the fluidity of the alloy with 1.0% Sm addition is improved by 17.8%.In the die casting

compared with the ADC12 alloy

microstructure of 1.0%Sm alloy can be ignored in change
