摘要

通过向高铬铸铁铁水中插入不锈钢棒以改变铁水凝固的温度场

利用ANSYS软件模拟了高铬铸铁凝固过程中的温度场

获得了温度场的变化规律以及温度场的分布特征

分析了温度场的变化对高铬铸铁凝固组织的影响。结果表明

铁水开始凝固时温度场变化对凝固组织有重要的影响。在高铬铸铁铁水和不锈钢棒交界处

凝固初期温度场变化最大

凝固组织最为细小;在坩埚壁与不锈钢棒之间的中部铁水区域

凝固初期的温度场变化平缓

凝固组织最粗大。凝固初期温度场的模拟结果对铸件凝固组织特征具有较好的预测作用。

Abstract

Stainless steel bar was inserted into high chromium cast iron liquid in order to change temperature field of solidification liquid steel.Temperature field of high chromium cast iron was simulated by the ANSYS software during the solidification process.The change and distribution characteristics of temperature fields were obtained to understand effects of temperature field change on solidification microstructure of high chromium cast iron.The results reveal that the initial temperature field change of iron liquid has important influence on solidification microstructure.The temperature field exhibits the great change at the boundary of high chromium cast iron liquid and stainless steel bar in initial solidification

so the desirable solidification microstructure in the zones can be observed.At the middle iron liquid zones between crucible wall and stainless steel bar

temperature field is changed smoothly during initial solidification

so the coarsest solidification microstructure can be observed.The simulation results have a satisfied predictive role in solidification microstructure characteristics of the casting.
