The 4343/3003/4343 aluminum alloy cladding ingots were prepared by solid-liquid casting.Effects of pouring temperature on the interface microstructure and bonding strength of the cladding ingots were investigated by OM（optical microscopy）

50 ℃.The metallurgical bonding interface of cladding ingots consists of Al-Si solution layer and Si

Mn diffusion layer.The thickness of Al-Si solution layer exhibits uniform

and the diffusion distance of Mn and Si reaches 10μm and 32μm

respectively.The bonding strength of cladding ingots is higher than those of the 3003 aluminum alloy.The bonding mechanism of 4343/3003 interface is that the Al-Si solution layer is formed when the 4343 aluminum alloy melt with high temperature is contacted with the 3003 aluminum alloy

and Si in the Al-Si solution layer and the Mn in 3003 aluminum alloy are diffused to each other to generate the metallurgical bonding interface with high bonding strength.
