摘要

研究了A356铝合金车轮时效规律及涂装对时效效果的影响

并对车轮材料组织、力学性能进行了检测分析。结果表明

提高时效温度可以明显减小涂装前后的力学性能差异

提高车轮的综合力学性能

并改善车轮的力学性能的稳定性。

Abstract

The aging parameters and effects of coating on aging effects of A356 aluminum alloy wheel were analyzed

and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy wheel were analyzed.The results reveal that the increase of the aging temperature can obviously reduce the differences in the mechanical properties of the alloy wheel before and after coating

improving comprehensive properties and stability of the mechanical properties of wheel products.
