摘要

介绍了防止薄壁铸件消失模模样变形的工艺措施

分析了消失模模样制作的工艺流程与控制重点。射粒时

进料口应放置在进料阻力最小的位置;薄壁大平面处应少布置气塞

厚壁处多设置;设计了入料缓冲器

以实现大量进气、少量进料的方法

以解决充填不足的问题;模样加热时以蒸气压力调节为主

时间调节为辅;冷却时使模样均匀冷却

复杂薄壁模样可延长冷却时间

并增加喷淋管分支

抽真空也是有的措施;模样脱模时

要做到连同模具漏板托盘和活块同步顶出;对于易变形的模样

可加设拉筋等防变形工装

预防变形。

Abstract

The countermeasures preventing deformation from foam pattern in lost foam casting process were described.Practical producing experience was reviewed

and the technological process and key points during preparation of the foam pattern were presented.
