摘要

Monel

Abstract

It is difficult to investment casting Monel alloy butterfly plate

and there exists high scrap rate. Different investment casting ways to produce the Monel alloy butterfly plate were analyzed comparatively. The horizontal pouring is suitable for DN250 butterfly plate

while vertical pouring is suitable for DN350 ones. Through designing reliable investment casting process

shrinkage porosities （holes） and gas holes in the Monel M30C alloy butterfly plate were eliminated effectively.
