A new technology of producing the wide breadth and highly purified copper strip with oxygen free by upward casting process was introduced.The highly purified copper strip with oxygen free exhibits better properties as below:wide breath of 450～630 mm

and electric conductivity higher than 58MS/m

the Vikers hardness lower than 80.The tolerance is lower than±0.15mm when the thickness is 12mm.The surface is smooth with milling free.The properties of the sheet after bell-type annealing which was rolled directly to 1.5mm in thickness were similar to those of one with three stages treatment.Absence of properties of the strip resulted from inadequate total processing rate could be observed.The strip after finishing rolling and annealing treatment realizes yield rate of 83%

and tensile strength higher than 230MPa

elongation higher than 40%
