Influence of V

Abstract

Vacuum dead\|point has great effect on quality of die castings in vacuum die casting. Earlier or later set vacuum dead point would effect continuous production and decrease gas hole unfavorably. The vacuum dead\|point should be set up at 15

0 mm far from press shooting of punch. Casting density could be increased up to 1% in vacuum die casting.
