摘要

通过对V EPC铸渗工艺的试验研究

得出了影响铁基复合材料渗层质量的主要工艺参数

并对其进行优化

根据优化方案进行试验。研究结果表明

在 14 2 0℃、筛号为 45的SiC和 0 .0 4MPa的真空度的情况下能得到 4mm厚的良好渗层

Abstract

The key processing parameters influencing the filtrated layer quality of iron matrix composite was obtained through the experiment of V EPC casting filtration process.It was optimized to these parameters and the experiment was conducted on the basis of the optimized design.The results showed the better filtrated layer with the thickness of 4 mm was obtained at 1 420 ℃

45#SiC and vacuum rate of 0.04 MPa.
