利用切块法分别推导出了铸轧过程上述两区的静力平衡微分方程。在所建立的轧制压力模型的基础上
对常规铸轧进行了仿真计算
计算结果与实测数据相吻合。在此基础上
对快速铸轧进行了虚拟仿真研究。研究结果表明
减薄铸轧板坯厚度可提高铸轧速度 ;随着铸轧速度降低、铸轧区增大与铸轧坯厚度减薄
轧制压力峰值增大 ;随着铸轧辊径增大
轧制压力增大
因此铸轧机力能设计参数也要相应增大
Abstract
The static equilibrium differential equation of the casting zones and rolling zones during roll casting process is deduced respectively using slab method. Conventional roll casting of a roll caster is simulated based on the established models. The calculation results agree with the measured data very well. Fictious simulation of high speed roll casting has been carried out on the basis of the fact.The results showed that roll casting speed increase with the decrease of the thickness of the strip
and the peak value of rolling pressure decrease with the increase of roll casting speed and thickness of strip or the increase of roll casting zone.The designed parameters of mechanical capabilities of the roll caster should be raised when rolling pressure increase with roller diameter increase.
