      摘要:Effects of Si on microstructure, solidification behavior, mechanical and soft magnetic properties of Cu-10Fe alloy were investigated by optical microscope, electron probe analysis, X-ray diffractometer, phase diagram calculation, universal mechanical testing machine and vibrating sample magnetometer. The results indicate that with the increase of Si content from 0 to 2%, the mass fraction of Fe-rich phase is increased from 7.39% to 9.27%. Meanwhile,the growth of Fe-rich dendrites is inhibited, which is transformed from developed dendrites to cellular dendrite morphology with lower shape anisotropy, resulting in the enhancement of soft magnetic properties. The calculation of phase diagram reveals that the area of immiscible region continues to expand with Si addition, indicating the significant liquid-liquid phase separation. Fe-rich phase collides and aggregates during the solidification process, leading to the increase firstly and then decrease of microstructure uniformity and properties. The as-cast Cu-10Fe-1Si alloy exhibits the optimal comprehensive performance, where the tensile strength and saturation magnetization are 338.7 MPa and 17.28 emu/g, respectively, which are 11.3% and 21.9% higher than those of Cu-10Fe alloy. The coercivity is 13.75 Oe, which is 49.9% lower than that of Cu-10Fe alloy.

      摘要:Effects of different volume ratios of spherical graphite powder to artificial graphite, cladding pretreatment times, and laser energy density on molding accuracy and bending strength of SLS graphite components were investigated, and the mechanisms were revealed. The optimal combination of process parameters was further determined by orthogonal experiments to obtain porous graphite skeletons with fine feature sizes. The results indicate that under the certain composition, by increasing the volume ratio of artificial graphite powder to spherical graphite, it contributes to the stacking density and thermal conductivity of the mixed powder as well as the bending strength of SLS graphite components, which is adverse to molding accuracy. After the graphite powder cladding pretreatment, the effective bonding force between the powders is increased, ensuring the bending strength and molding accuracy of SLS graphite parts under the premise of reducing thermal conductivity and enhancing the stacking density. Finally, a reasonable combination of process parameters was selected to successfully print out a diamond-like porous graphite skeleton with a complete structure and a minimum feature size of ϕ1.0 mm, where the relative error of billet size along the X⁃and Y⁃axis is controlled below 2%, and that along the Z-axis is 8.25%, and bending strength reaches 2.84 MPa.

      摘要:Aluminum alloys are widely used in the field of electronic communications due to the lightweight, low cost, and desirable thermal conductivity. Electronic products and communication devices are becoming more lightweight and integrated, leading to an increasing heat dissipation per unit volume, and conventional thermal conductive aluminum alloys cann't meet the requirements. The domestic and overseas research progress in aluminum alloys with high thermal conductivity were summarized. The thermal conduction mechanism of aluminum alloys was briefly described, and effects of elements, casting methods, and heat treatment on the thermal conductivity of alloys were expounded in detail. In addition, the research status of quantitative models for thermal conductivity of aluminum alloys were reviewed, including Wiedemann-Franz Law, series-parallel model, Maxwell model, and Hashin-Shtrikman model. Finally, the future development of high thermal conductivity aluminum alloys was prospected.

      摘要:As a main preparation method for non-ferrous light alloy billets at present, semi-continuous casting technology determines the quality and size of billets, which has a significant effect on subsequent processing and end-use performance. However, there exist problems in the billets prepared by traditional semi-continuous casting technology, such as coarse and uneven microstructure, high cracking tendency, and severe segregation. Application of external physical field is a highly effective method to improve the quality of billets. The development of semi-continuous casting technology under external physical fields was reviewed, and the mechanism, development history, research progress and existing problems of various physical field treatment techniques controlling the quality of melt and billet were systematically discussed. Finally, the future development of the technology was prospected.

      摘要:The research progress in effects of common non-metallic elements on microstructure and mechanical properties of HEAs were summarized, and influence of microstructure evolution and strengthening mechanism on mechanical properties was analyzed. The effect of atomic radius of nonmetallic elements on lattice distortion and compound precipitation in the high-entropy alloy was discussed to achieve effect of fine grain refinement, thus affecting microstructure and mechanical properties of HEAs through grain strengthening and the second phase strengthening.

      摘要:Aiming at the problem of difficulty in detection of small aluminum casting turbine due to the complicated surface and small defect, an improved YOLOv5 surface defect detection algorithm for small aluminum casting turbine was proposed. The data enhancement strategy was utilized to balance the sample distribution of different categories for image preprocessing. The K-means++ algorithm was taken to obtain the optimal prior frame suitable for the data set. The feature extraction structure of the network was modified, and CA attention mechanism module was added to the backbone network, which helps to the accurate positioning and recognition of model. Addition of a small target detection layer can enhance the detection effect on small objects. The results indicate that the modified algorithm exhibits a better detection effect on small target defects, where the mean average precision (mAP) reaches 97.8%, meeting the requirement of intelligent manufacturing automation production.

      摘要:The finite difference model of reflective thermal insulation coating was established, and a numerical simulation algorithm of two-dimensional temperature field and ellipse interpolation algorithm of three-dimensional temperature field for the heat transfer process of the coating were proposed. A simulation software to predict thermal insulation performances of coating was developed based on Qt application development framework and CPU parallel acceleration. On this basis, the temperature field of coated and uncoated substrates was calculated, and effects of coating on temperature rise rate and final temperature of substrate were obtained, verifying the adaptability and reliability of the software.

      摘要:The fluid volume function method was coupled with cellular automata model to investigate the motion behavior of grain during solidification process. The simulation results indicate that the fluid volume function method exhibits desirable interface fidelity, and can track the solid-liquid interface with a small error, which has little effects on the subsequent calculation of dendritic growth. The motion behavior of dendrites can affect the solute distribution in the melt, thus affecting the growth morphology of dendrites. The coupled model can simulate the dendrite motion process with a small error, solving the difficulty in satisfying the high shape fidelity and high computational efficiency of cellular automata method.

      摘要:The behavior of a single cavitation bubble under different ultrasonic conditions was investigated by numerical simulation. The results indicate that the ultrasonic amplitude has a significant effect on the movement of cavitation bubbles. When the ultrasonic amplitude is below 101 kPa, the movement of the bubble follows a sinusoidal pattern with minor size variation. With the increase of ultrasonic amplitude, the movement of cavitation bubbles is converted to transient cavitation. During the transient cavitation process, lower ultrasonic frequency, ambient pressure and smaller initial radius of cavitation bubble can enhance the cavitation effect. When the ultrasonic amplitude reaches 1 414 kPa, the bubble size becomes large and difficult to be compressed and collapsed, thus prolonging the existence time in the melt and further facilitating the gas extraction process.

      摘要:The simulation of internal flow field and variation characteristics in the crucible was carried out by finite element under action of various agitator angles (30°, 45°, 60°, 90°). The k-ε turbulence model and Euler-Euler multiphase flow model were established to analyze the vortex distribution law in the crucible, and dispersion of simulated particle was verified. The results indicate that the flow field in the crucible with straight agitator is fast, which is divided into two circulation regions (double loop flow type) by impeller stirring, and the confusion degree is low, inhibiting the dispersion effect of particles. The internal rotation of oblique agitator surface is obvious with a high vector confusion and efficiency of particle dispersion in the first stage. In addition, there exists axial flow in the crucible with oblique agitator, which can form an integrated circulation region (single loop flow type), leading to larger flow region of particles and desirable dispersion.

      摘要:In view of cavitation and erosion in control valves under high pressure drop conditions, a novel labyrinth disc was proposed based on traditional labyrinth control valve, combined with metal 3D printing technology and valve design, and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software was utilized to perform flow field simulation analysis. 316L stainless steel specimens were produced by selective laser melting (SLM), and compared with rolled specimens in terms of mechanical properties. The results indicate that the novel labyrinth disc possesses desirable flow performance, which can effectively reduce the pressure fluctuation and outlet velocity of the medium in the flow channel while meeting the actual working condition requirements, and reduce the risk of cavitation and erosion. The mechanical properties of 3D printed specimens are superior to those of rolled specimens, meeting operating requirements of valve parts.

      摘要:Effects of process parameters on forming quality, microstructure and properties of WAAM 5356 aluminum alloy were investigated by surface waviness calculation, microstructure observation, hardness and tensile testing. The results reveal that excessive or insufficient deposition current, deposition velocity and interlayer temperature are all adverse to forming. As the deposition current is increased from 70 A to 100 A, the grain size and porosity of Al5356 are gradually increased, while the hardness is decreased. With deposition current of 85 A, the microstructure is homogeneous with well interlayer fusion, indicating desirable comprehensive mechanical properties. A set of process parameters suitable for depositing Al5356 thin-walled components was determined as follows: deposition current of 85 A, deposition velocity of 4 mm/s, interlayer temperature of 100~150 ℃.

      摘要:The effects of two-stage aging on the precipitated equilibrium phases and properties of Mg-13Gd-5Y-0.6Mn-0.5Ca extruded magnesium alloy were investigated. The results reveal that two-stage aging and single-stage aging can effectively improve the room temperature tensile properties of tested magnesium alloy, however the effects of two-stage aging is superior to that of single-stage aging, and elongation is increased from 1.8% to 2.5%. The mechanism for further improvement of the tested alloy by two-stage aging is characterized by promoting the aging precipitation of Mg5Gd equilibrium phase.

      摘要:A series of Al-9Si-2Cu alloys with different Fe contents were prepared by metal mould gravity casting and squeeze casting in air cooling and rapid cooling, respectively, and microstructure, mechanical and thermal properties of the alloys were investigated. The results indicate that the types of Fe-rich phases in the alloy remain unchanged under extrusion pressure of 75 MPa and rapid cooling condition with Fe content ranging from 0.2%~1.2%, which are all β-Al5FeSi phases, while the content of β-Fe in the alloy is reduced, resulting in the aggravation of lattice distortion and reduction of thermal conductivity. Under the conditions of 75 MPa squeeze casting and rapid cooling, the mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of Al-9Si-2Cu-0.2Fe alloy are optimal, where the tensile strength, elongation and thermal conductivity reach 261 MPa, 14.1% and 142 W/(m·K), respectively.

      摘要:Effects of pulse magnetic field on solidification microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-6Gd-3Y-0.6Zr alloy cast in graphite mold were investigated by OM, SEM, EDS, XRD and tensile testing machine. The results show that pulse magnetic field treatment can refine grain size of the alloy and improve mechanical properties effectively. With the pulse voltage of 300 V, the pulse frequency of 5 Hz and the die preheating temperature of 400 ℃, the grain size of the alloy is reduced by 32.9%, and the tensile strength and elongation of the alloy are increased by 14.1% and 16.2%, respectively. In the range of 200~600 ℃, grain size of the alloy is increased with the increase of die preheating temperature. In the range of 0~300 V, grain size of the alloy is decreased with the increase of pulse voltage. In the range of 0~10 Hz, the grain size of the alloy is decreased at first and then increased with the increase of pulse frequency, and the turning point is 5 Hz. The mechanical properties of the alloy is corresponded to the grain size of the alloy. With the decrease of grain size in the alloy, the mechanical properties are improved.

      摘要:Effects of single-stage solution temperature on the second phase, grain size and recrystallization fraction of spray deposited 7055 aluminum alloy were quantitatively investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD). The results indicate that the second phase area is 10.3%, the average grain size is 2.5 μm, and the recrystallization fraction accounts for 57.5% in as-extruded alloy. With the increase of solution temperature, the second phase is gradually dissolved back into the matrix with decreasing proportion, and the average grain size and recrystallization fraction are gradually increased. After solution treatment at 460 ℃×2 h, the second phase area is 0.73%, the average grain size is 3.2 μm, and the recrystallization fraction is 76.8%. After solution treatment at 470 ℃× 2 h, the second phase area is 0.57%, the average grain size is 3.8 μm, and the recrystallization fraction is 78.9%. After solution treatment at 480 ℃×2 h, the second phase area is 0.52%, the average grain size is 4.4 μm, and the recrystallization fraction is 80.4%. When the solution treatment process is 470 ℃ × 2 h, the proportion of residual second phase area and recrystallization fraction in the alloy are low with fine grain, which is the optimal solution treatment process.

      摘要:Effects of reaction temperature and supersaturation on precipitation behavior of TiB2 particles in aluminum alloy melt were experimentally investigated. A model was proposed to describe the precipitation behavior of TiB2 particles in the aluminum alloy melt. The nucleation and growth behavior of TiB2 particles and effects on the size distribution were analyzed. The results indicate that the precipitation behavior and size distribution of TiB2 particles are closely related to the reaction temperature, supersaturation and cooling rate of the melt. Lower reaction temperature and high cooling rate are beneficial to obtain finer TiB2 particles with concentrated distribution.

      摘要:Taking Sn as base alloy, a multi-component Sn-based solder alloy was melted and alloyed with different elements, and the variation law of microstructure and properties of Sn-Cu-Ni-Sb-Bi alloy with mixing entropy was investigated. The results reveal that the microstructure of solder alloy is composed of solid solution and precipitated Cu3Sn, Ni3Sn4 and Sn-Sb phase. With the increase of mixing entropy value, the solid solution content in solder alloy is gradually increased, and Sn matrix content is gradually decreased, with the increase of hardness, which reaches the maximum of 287 HV0.5 and 81.8 HB. The tensile strength is firstly increased and then decreased, reaching the maximum of 65.6 MPa at medium entropy composition, and the corrosion resistance presents a trend of gradual enhancement. The melting point range of solder alloys is 141~251 ℃, and the resistivity is ranged from 0.101 to 0.87 μΩ·m, indicating that the high-entropy composition of Sn20Cu20Ni20Sb20Bi20 solder alloy is suitable for using as high-temperature lead-free soft solder.

      摘要:Aiming at the problem of low thermal conductivity of traditional commercial magnesium alloys, the composition of rare earth magnesium alloys was desgined. The effects of solid solubility of La and Ce and size, distribution and volume fraction of the second phase in the microstructure of magnesium alloy on the heat dissipation performance of Mg-RE binary system and Mg-Mn-La(Ce) system were investigated. The results show that the thermal conductivity of the as-cast and solid-solution Mg-La (Ce) binary alloy are decreased gradually with the increase of element content. The thermal conductivity of Mg-La (Ce) binary alloy after solution treatment is higher than that of as-cast alloy.Ce addition is helpful to refine the microstructure of as-cast Mg-0.5Mn alloy, and the volume fraction of Mg12Ce phase is increased with the increase of Ce content. The thermal conductivity of as-cast Mg-0.5Mn-xCe alloy is increased with the increase of temperature. At the same time, the thermal conductivity of as-cast Mg-0.5Mn alloy at room temperature is gradually decreased with the increase of Ce addition, and the decline rate is gradually retarded due to the precipitation of Mg12Ce phase.

      摘要:Aiming at the characteristics of single-cylinder aluminum alloy cylinder head of motorcycle engine, such as compact structure, uneven wall thickness and complex sand core shape, the mold structure and design characteristics of aluminum alloy cylinder head were analyzed, and MAGMA software was used to simulate and analyze the influence of temperature, pressure and cooling rate on solidification structure. The occurrence of gas-entrapment, hot spot and combustion chamber in the key positions of cylinder head casting was investigated through the simulation of the solidification crystallization process of casting. The orthogonal experimental method was used to simulate and compare the processing factors of the interacted effect of cylinder head low-pressure casting process, and the weight influencing factor was found out for the fine control of the key to realize the preset solidification sequence of low-pressure casting, improving the internal solidification and crystallization density of aluminum alloy cylinder head castings and the production quality of low-pressure casting.

      摘要:Aimng at the complex process, high strength and air tightness requirements of the new energy vehicle on-board charger shell, die design, CAE analysis and defect prediction for the housing were carried out. The finite element mesh was established in Hypermesh, and then the flow filling of the model, heat balance and temperature field of die casting mold were analyzed by ProCAST, and X-ray flaw detection was performed on the product. The results indicate found that the defects predicted by CAE analysis can be matched with actual defects.

      摘要:Titanium alloy slender hole specimens were prepared by inlay casting + investment casting, and microstructure analysis, micro-morphology and chemical composition were carried out to investigate morphology and structural characteristics of the inlay cast interface bonding under different inlaying ratio and analyze the leaching effect of pickling on cast tube. The results indicate that the slender holes of inlay cast specimens can be formed completely, and the fusion effect of inlaid interface is desirable with the increase of inlaying ratio. When the inlay ratio reaches 20∶1, a fine and dense mesh fusion layer is distributed on the interface, which can be completely removed by pickling process.
