      摘要:Ti-Al intermediate alloy was prepared using pure Al and Ti as raw materials by vacuum melting furnace under argon atmosphere. XRD, OM and SEM were utilized to systematically investigate effects of Ti-Al intermediate alloy contents on grain refinement and corrosion performance of AZ91D magnesium alloy. The results indicate when Ti content is 0.1%, the average grain size of AZ91D is decreased from 307 μm to 86 μm, and the corrosion weight loss rate is decreased from 0.781 7×10-4 g/(cm2·h) to 0.321 4×10-4 g/(cm2·h). Nevertheless, excessive addition of Ti (>1%) cannot further refine the grain size or improve the corrosion resistance of the AZ91D alloy.

    • 在镁液输送领域,研究人员设计了水力学模拟试验装置,通过物理模拟试验研究了气体压力、加压时间对水输送量的影响,建立了定量输送的数学模型。根据相似性原理,设计开发了镁液定量输送装置,并确定在气压恒定前提下进行加压时间控制,以实现镁液定量输送。结果表明,基于定时定量法可实现定量输送,输送过程平稳无飞溅,修正后的定量输送预测模型的平均预测误差为1.5%,满足定量输送的要求。

      摘要:In order to realize the pneumatic quantitive conveying of liquid magnesium, a hydraulic simulation device was designed. The influences of gas pressure and pressurization time on the hydraulic conveying volume were investigated by physical simulation, and mathematical model for controlling the conveying volume was established. According to the similarity principle, the magnesium alloy conveying apparatus was designed to achieve the quantitative conveying of liquid magnesium by controlling the pressurization time under constant pressure. The results indicate that quantitative conveying is realized based on timing quantitative method without splashing during the conveying process, and the average error of revised prediction model is 1.5%, meeting the requirements of quantitive conveying.

      摘要:Copper-based powder metallurgy materials with different Cr-Fe particle sizes was fabricated by powder metallurgy hot pressing sintering process, and friction and wear tests at different brake speeds were carried out. The influence of Cr-Fe particle size on microstructure, relative density, mechanical properties and friction properties of the alloy was investigated. The results indicate that Cr-Fe particles are uniformly distributed in the matrix under different particle sizes. With the increase of Cr-Fe particle size, the structure continuity of copper-based powder metallurgy friction materials becomes worse. The hardness and sintered relative density are increased at first and then decreased, and the friction coefficient is firstly increased and then decreased. With the increase of braking speed, the friction coefficients are gradually reduced, and the wear rate is gradually increased. The friction and wear properties of copper-based powder metallurgy materials are desirable with the Cr-Fe particle size of 100 mesh.

      摘要:Al/steel bimetallic composites exhibit broad application prospect in the fields of aerospace and automobile manufacturing, and strengthening of composites is the research focus and difficulty. The research status of interface strengthening of aluminum/steel bimetallic composites at home and abroad was summarized, including hot dip plating with different elements, applying magnetic field and applying ultrasonic vibration. The composite mechanism was reviewed, including the formation and growth of mesophase as well as influencing factors, and effects of type and distribution of mesophase on the properties. Finally, the future research direction of aluminum/steel bimetallic composites was prospected.

      摘要:The research progress in Cu-based electrical contact materials was reviewed, and the development process and classification of Cu-based contact materials for medium and high-voltage vacuum switches were introduced and analyzed, focusing on Cu-Cr, Cu-W, and Cu-oxide contacts. The preparation process was further analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of different research methods were compared. Finally, it is concluded that the surface modification treatment and multi-component microalloying are regarded as development direction of Cu-based contact materials and preparation process.

      摘要:Aiming at the problems of unstable rating results and difficulty in quantification existing in artificial defect rating technology for aluminum casting X-ray flaw detection images, a casting defect rating system based on feature extraction algorithm was designed. Firstly, the area was selected as the rating index of pores, inclusions, shrinkage holes and shrinkage by analyzing the relationship between the characteristic parameters and the defect level, and the defect rating quantitative system was established according to the national standard map. Then, the X-ray images were preprocessed, edge-detected, contoured and quantified, and rated according to the established system. Finally, an automatic defect rating system integrating the above functions was developed, which possesses an error of ±1 level with the expert evaluation results after verification. In conclusion, the system can ensure the rating quality to a certain extent, which is convenient for the quality monitoring of castings.

      摘要:A casting simulation grid generation method based on boundary grid projection was proposed. Firstly, the STL file of 3D model of casting was read and defects were processed. Then, the castings were structurally gridded, and the internal and external grids were distinguished to obtain the boundary grid. Finally, the boundary grid was projected. Application instances indicate that the method leads to a grid file that fits the shape of 3D model, which is of significance for improving the accuracy of casting CAE.

      摘要:Different working modes of CMT welding machine were utilized to investigate the single-layer and single-pass forming of 4043 aluminum alloy by wire and arc additive manufacturing process, and single-wall specimens were prepared by multi-layer and single-pass forming. Effects of working mode on microstructure and mechanical properties of specimens were analyzed. The results indicate that the high residual height coefficient in CMT-pulse mode leads to desirable spreadability, while the lower residual height coefficient in the CMT-Advanced mode leads to poorer spreadability. The CMT working mode has a significant impact on the microstructure, porosity, and mechanical properties of specimens. The grain in specimens fabricated by CMT-pulse+advanced mode is finer and more uniform, with a minimum percentage of 4.88%, where the transverse and longitudinal tensile strength of the single-wall specimens are 148 MPa and 138 MPa, respectively, which are higher than those in the rest CMT modes, and a minimum tensile strength anisotropy of 6.8% is also obtained.

      摘要:Si/Al composites with Si volume fraction of 62.1% to 75.6% were prepared by pressure seepage method, and effects of content and particle size of Si powder in Al matrix and hot-pressing treatment on the microstructure and properties of the composites were investigated. The results indicate that the microstructure of prepared Si/Al composites consists of Si phase and α-Al phase, and the thermal conductivity and thermal expansion coefficient are decreased with the increase of Si volume fraction or reduction of Si particle size, which reach the maximum value of 136 W/(m·K) and the mininum value of 7.75×10-6 K-1, respectively. After hot-pressing at 600 ℃, the sharp corners of the primary Si are obviously passivated, where the thermal conductivity is increased from 119 W/(m·K) to 125 W/(m·K), and the coefficient of thermal expansion is increased from 8.28×10-6 K-1 to 8.73×10-6 K-1.

      摘要:The microstructure of solid solution, as-extruded AZ91D and aged-extruded AZ91D magnesium alloy was analyzed by optical microscopy, electron microscopy and XRD. AZ91D magnesium alloy in the as-cast, solid solution, and extruded states was analyzed through potential polarization, salt spray corrosion, and immersion corrosion weight loss experiments. The results indicate that the corrosion resistance of extruded AZ91D magnesium alloy is superior to that of solid solution ones, and that of extruded AZ91D magnesium alloy after aging treatment is better than that of extruded ones. After solid solution treatment, β-Mg17Al12 phase is continuously dissolved into α matrix to form the supersaturated solid solution, and a large amount of β phases are precipitated from supersaturated solid solution α phase in the solid solution AZ91D magnesium alloy during the hot extrusion process, which are distributed along grain boundaries. Corrosion resistance of as-extruded AZ91D is improved as a result of Al increasing the corrosion potential of magnesium alloys, reducing corrosion tendency to delay the corrosion rate. The aging process can eliminate residual stresses that occurs in the material during hot extrusion, resulting in the more uniform distribution of β-Mg17Al12 phase along grain boundaries, further improving the corrosion resistance of AZ91D magnesium alloy.

      摘要:The bulk Zr65-xTixCu20Fe5Al10(x=0, 2, 4, 6, 8) alloys with ϕ2 mm were prepared by injection copper mold casting. Effects of Ti addition on the amorphous forming ability and mechanical properties of Zr65-xTixCu20Fe5Al10(x=0, 2, 4, 6, 8) alloy system were investigated by X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimeter, compression tests and scanning electron microscope. The results indicate that the alloy achieves optimal amorphous forming ability when x=2, where the supercooled liquid zone ΔTx, the reduced glass transition temperature Trg, the amorphous forming capacity parameter γ, the compressive strength, and the plastic deformation are 73 K, 0.564, 0.401, 1 905 MPa and 12%, respectively, and the compressive strength and plastic deformation ability are desirable, which is attributed to the formation of a large number of shearing bands.

      摘要:Microstructure and mechanical properties of prefabricated ingots were analyzed. Effects of the time of gas refining, the temperature and holding time of overheating insulation were analyzed. The results indicate that the Nd content is burned after remelting. The affecting sequence of parameters on strength of the alloy ingot is over-heating holding temperature, degassing time and holding time, of which optimized values are 760 ℃, 3 min and 40 min, and affecting sequence on the elongation are over-heating holding temperature, holding time and degassing time, of which optimized values are 760 ℃, 60 min and 3 min. The heredity of the alloy can be weakened holding at 800 ℃, and the optimized holding time is 60 min.

      摘要:To understand the relationship between process-microstructure-mechanical properties of AE44 magnesium alloy high-pressure die castings,three-dimensional reconstruction and two-dimensional characterization were performed on high-pressure die castings produced under different process parameters. The microstructure characterization indicates that the formation of shrinkage pores is closely related to ESCs, which is mainly controlled by low and slow injection rates in the compression chamber and fast and slow injection rates. Casting pressure can significantly reduce the porosity of the core by increasing the feeding capacity of liquid metal. The simulation of the filling process shows that the central position of the bar sample is filled firstly,followed by the position near the gate,and accompanied by a strong turbulence. The tensile fracture indicates that the tearing ridges mainly evolve from the slip bands of ESCs. The quantity and distribution of ESCs determine the fracture behavior of castings.

      摘要:The flow stress of Al2O3 dispersed copper sintered billet was modified to accurately describe the thermal deformation behavior. The thermal modeling test was conducted to obtain flow stress curve under the condition of deformation temperature of 923 K~ 1 223 K and strain rate of 0.01 s-1 ~ 10 s-1. The flow stress was modified by friction and temperature correction principle, and the constitutive equations of Arrhenius flow stress model based on the hyperbolic sine constitutive relation were established and the error analysis was carried out. The results indicate that the effects of friction and temperature rise on the flow stress are gradually significant with the decrease of deformation temperature and the increase of strain rate. The quantitative descriptions of each influencing factor on correction of friction and temperature rise effects were constructed through data fitting. Based on modified flow stress data, the constitutive equation was established, where the average error is decreased from 9.11% to 5.20%, and the correlation coefficient is increased from 0.957 35 to 0.997 56, verifying the accuracy of constitutive equation.

      摘要:Al-Si alloys have been widely used in fields such as aerospace and transportation due to the excellent castability, corrosion resistance, and desirable mechanical properties. In recent years, with the continuous development of technology, higher requirements have been put forward for the heat resistance performance of Al-Si alloys. Effects of in-situ TiB2 particles on microstructure and properties of AlSi10Mg alloy at room temperature and high temperature were investigated. The results indicate that the introduction of in-situ TiB2 particles can not only act as the heterogeneous nucleation of α-Al to refine the matrix grains, but also inhibit the growth of eutectic Si, modifying eutectic Si. Furthermore, the tensile strength, yield strength, and elastic modulus of the alloy are increased with the increase of TiB2 particle content. After adding 10% TiB2 particles, the tensile strength, yield strength, and elastic modulus of the alloy at room temperature (24 ℃) are increased from 155 MPa, 103 MPa, and 75.2 GPa to 206 MPa, 133 MPa, and 89.3 GPa, respectively. The tensile strength, yield strength, and elastic modulus of the alloy are increased from 112 MPa, 70 MPa, and 68.5 GPa to 137 MPa, 89 MPa, and 81.2 GPa at 200 ℃, respectively.

      摘要:Al-10Si-Cu-Mg-Mn alloys with different Cu contents were prepared by high vacuum die casting process. The microstructure of as-cast and T5 alloys were investigated by OM, SEM and TEM. The results indicated that the microstructure of as-cast alloys consists of α-Al, eutectic Si and α-Fe, Q and θ phases. With the increase of Cu content, the number of Q phase keeps stable, and the morphology is mainly lamellar. The amount of θ phase is gradually increased, and the morphology is changed from dispersed granular to aggregated blocky. T5 heat treatment cannot change phase types and morphology, and the main precipitated phases are β″ and θ′ phases at peak aging condition. With a lower Cu contents, the precipitated phase is dominated by β″ and at higher Cu contents, the precipitated phase is dominated by θ′.

      摘要:Effects of Mn addition on microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-10Si-5Cu alloy and wear resistance of Mn alloyed specimens under different heat treatment conditions were investigated by metallographic analysis, tensile test, microhardness test and wear test. With the increase of Mn addition, the tensile strength and microhardness of alloy is increased firstly and then decreased, while the elongation is decreased. The alloy with 0.40% Mn addition exhibits the desirable tensile strength and microhardness, which are 285 MPa and 128 HV, respectively. Heat treatment can further improve the wear resistance of Mn-alloyed alloy. Among all the specimens, as-aged specimens possesses optimal wear resistance.

      摘要:The residual stress of ductile iron-cemented carbide compound roller ring produced by compound casting was simulated by ANSYS. According to the numerical simulation results, the process parameters were determined as follows: the coating area ratio of ductile iron to hard alloy of 0.344∶1, the cross-sectional area ratio is 0.4∶1, the casting temperature of ductile iron of 1 320 ℃, and the hard alloy preheating temperature of 800 ℃. The compound roller with diffusion zone width of 6 mm without macro and micro defects was successfully prepared.

      摘要:The oxygen content in pure copper was tested by oxygen nitrogen hydrogen analyzer to investigate effects of specimen preparation methods on accuracy of oxygen content determination. The results indicate that surface treatment should be carried out before testing by infrared absorption method. Turning, vigorously cutting and pickling hardly affect the results, while hand saw and file can cause significant deviation. Only turning+vigorously cutting+pickling can be adopted for specimens with an oxygen content of <0.001 0%, and the test should be carried out within 4 h to avoid affecting the test results.

      摘要:The homogenized microstructure and subsequent forging process of oil and gas slip 6061 aluminum alloy bar with ϕ254 mm by semi-continuous casting were investigated by OM, SEM, EDS and mechanical property test techniques. The results indicate that the quantity, size, and morphology of Fe-rich phase in the segregation layer of the ingot are directly related to forging forming, crack formation and propagation, and mechanical properties of the wheel hub. With Fe content decreasing from 0.32% to 0.22% and homogenization temperature rising from 550 ℃ to 570 ℃, and holding time of 13 h, the Al2Cu phase at R/2 of the ingot is completely dissolved, a small amount of MgSi phase remains, and the AlFeSi phase is intermittently dispersed, where the area fraction of β-AlFeSi and MgSi phase is reduced from 1.08%, 1.11% to 0.73%, 0.67%, respectively. Meanwhile, the aggregation amounts of β-AlFeSi and MgSi phase in the segregation layer are significantly reduced, where the maximum size of β-AlFeSi phase is reduced from 60.2 μm to 29.9 μm, and the area fraction is reduced from 1.57% to 0.89%, reducing the stress concentration in the area around the coarse and brittle β-AlFeSi phase during deformation. At this point, the forged wheel hub exhibits desirable formability, which effectively suppresses the generation of forging cracks. The tensile strength and elongation of the wheel hub are increased from 322 MPa, 10.2% to 378 MPa, 12.2%, respectively.

      摘要:The crack-free Fe-based amorphous composite coatings were prepared by single-layer and double-layer laser cladding with different scanning rates on the surface of 40Cr steel using SAM2X5 amorphous alloy powder. Effects of double-layer cladding process on microstructure, element distribution, hardness and wear resistance of Fe-based amorphous composite coatings were analyzed. The results indicate that the double-layer cladding of Fe-based amorphous alloy composite coating can enhance the hardness and wear resistance of the coating. In addition, as the laser scanning rate of the second layer increases, the composition dilution of the coating by the substrate is decreased, and the hardness as well as wear resistance of the coating are increased. The hardness of coating reaches the highest at the second laser scanning rate of 1 m/min, with an average hardness of 852 HV0.1, which is about three times of the substrate. The wear resistance of the coating is much higher than that of the substrate, reaching the optimal at the second scanning rate of 1 m/min, where the wear volume is 28% of that of the substrate.

      摘要:Effects of rolling deformation rate and aging process on corrosion resistance of Al-1Li-0.05Sc alloy were investigated. OM results indicate that the corrosion is characterized by pitting corrosion. The electrochemical performance tests and TEM results reveal that the 70% deformation are crushed into small angle grain boundary under severe deformation amounts due to the high angle grain boundary generated by recovery, achiving desirable corrosion resistance. After peak aging treatment at 255 ℃, a large amount of second phase is precipitated in the alloy, improving the mechanical properties and reducing the corrosion resistance instead. 530 ℃×24 h + 285 ℃×1.5 h aging is the optimal heat treatment, where the mechanical properties of the alloy are greatly improved, and optimal corrosion resistance is obtained after 50% rolling deformation.

      摘要:Taking an aluminum alloy trainsmission control house as object, the influence of die preheating temperature, pouring temperature and cooling temperature on the spacing of secondary dendrite arms and the volume of shrinkage cavity and porosity were investigated. Based on the Taguchi method,numerical simulation software was used to optimize the process design of casting parameters, and the optimal process parameters were obtained as follows: casting temperature of 690 ℃, mold preheating temperature of 310 ℃, cooling water temperature of 40 ℃. The optimization process parameters can reduce the casting defects inside the aluminum alloy transmission control housing.

      摘要:Aiming at the complex casting process of the electric power steering motor shell and the high quality requirements, the finite element model was established by the HyperMesh and ProCAST software, the casting process of the electric power steering motor shell was carried out and the location and size of defects inside the castings were predicted. Trial-production was conducted based on the optimized process schme, and X-ray flaw detection observation was carried out for castings. The experimental results indicate that the defect prediction results are consistent with the actual casting, and shrinkage porosity and cavities appear on the lugs and thick walls on both sides of the housing.

      摘要:The CAFE module in ProCAST software was utilized to simulate the solidification grain structure of Ti-6Al-4V alloy, and the step specimen was prepared by investment casting to verify and evaluate the simulation results. The simulation results indicate that the structure presents columnar grains on the surface, which is transformed into equiaxed grains at the center of the casting. The average grain diameter is increased with the increase of wall thickness, and the grain distribution is consistent with the experimental results. The coincidence rate of simulated average grain diameter with the actual results reaches 80%~99%, meeting the engineering application expectation.
