    • Influence of Ni Particle Size on Friction and Wear Properties of Cu-based Powder Metallurgy Materials

    • 最新研究发现,粉末冶金法制备的铜基摩擦材料,通过添加不同粒径的Ni粉,可显著提升材料性能。特别是当Ni粒径由425 μm减小到38 μm时,材料密度增加0.37 g/cm3,孔隙率降至5.3%,硬度提高7.96,摩擦因数在75 μm粒径时达到最大,磨损量最小。这一研究为铜基摩擦材料的优化提供了新思路。
