    • Highly Wear-resistant and Crack-free Double-layer Fe-based Amorphous Composite Coatings by Laser Cladding

    • 在材料科学领域,研究人员采用SAM2X5非晶合金粉末在40Cr钢表面制备了无裂纹Fe基非晶复合涂层。通过双层激光熔覆工艺,显著提升了涂层的硬度和耐磨性。当第二层激光扫描速度为1 m/min时,涂层硬度达到852 HV0.1,是基体的3倍,耐磨性也远高于基体。
