摘要

基于铝液夹杂物分析方法而建立的超净化处理技术可有效去除再生铝液中的夹杂物

提高铝液品质。通过添加少量RE、Zr、Cr、Mn、Sr等元素可改善再生铝合金的微观组织

提高其力学性能。比较不同再生铝添加量的车轮铸件在超净化处理和微合金化前后的性能变化。结果表明

经过超净化处理和微合金化处理后的再生铝制车轮性能与电解铝制车轮性能差异较小

能满足乘用车轮产品要求。

Abstract

The ultra-purification treatment technology developed on the basis of advanced inclusion identification and analysis methods for aluminum（Al） melt can effectively remove the inclusions in the recycled Al melt and improve the melt quality. The microalloying technology by doping small amounts of rare earth（RE）

Mn and Sr elements can modify the microstructure and improve the mechanical properties of the recycled Al alloys. The performance of cast wheels containing various contents of recycled Al before and after ultra-purification treatment and microalloying was systematically compared. The results reveal that the performance of wheels made by recycled Al have little difference from those made by regular electrolytic Al

satisfying the product requirement of commercial wheels.
