AlSi10 MnMg alloy test bar was treated by solid solution and aging of T7 treatment. Through Minitab experiment design and response optimization tools

the influence of heat treatment process parameters on mechanical properties of castings was analyzed

and the optimized heat treatment parameters were presented. Through observing the high vacuum die casting automobile crossbeam structure

the effectiveness of the optimal parameter was verified.
