摘要

采用半固态流变成形工艺制备了AZ91D镁合金汽车轮胎主动安全装置零件

通过"25 000km路试试验"和"轿车突然放气继续行驶50km路试试验"

分析了不同类型疲劳裂纹尖端钝化和孔洞荫生

研究了半固态流变成形AZ91D镁合金汽车零件疲劳裂纹的尖端特征。结果表明

半固态流变成形AZ91D镁合金汽车零件的裂纹尖端钝化机制为应变累积型

钝化过程呈非对称钝化。塑性应变控制机制是其裂纹尖端前孔洞萌生位置变化的重要因素;裂纹尖端前的孔洞萌生位置变化是其裂纹扩展路径波动变化的重要因素。

Abstract

The AZ91D auto tire active safety device parts were prepared by semi-solid rheomolding process.Different types of fatigue cracks passivation and pore initiation were analyzed

and characteristics of the crack tip of fatigue crack in the semi-solid rheomolding AZ91D magnesium alloy auto parts were described

by"25 000 km road test of cars equipping with the sample parts"and"50 km road test of cars after sudden deflation of their tires".The results indicate that the passivation mechanism of the crack tips in semi-solid rheomolding AZ91D auto parts is characterized by the strain accumulation

and the passivation process presents asymmetric passivation.The plastic strain control mechanism is the key factor for the change of the position of the pore initiation before the crack tip.The change of the position of the pore initiation before the crack tip is the key factor for the fluctuation of the crack propagation path.
