摘要

通过金相显微镜（OM）、扫描电镜（SEM）、能谱（EDX）等试验手段

分析了K403合金返回料在不同浇注温度和造型方式中初生碳化物的形貌、分布及种类

研究了初生碳化物对合金高温持久性能的影响。结果表明

在K403合金中主要为初生MC型碳化物。浇注温度对合金的初生MC型碳化物和持久性能无明显影响。当冷却速率较慢时

初生MC型碳化物主要为较大尺寸长杆状且分布较为集中

降低了合金的高温持久性能;当冷却速率较快时

初生MC型碳化物主要呈小颗粒状弥散分布

对高温持久性能有利。

Abstract

The morphology

distribution and shapes of the primary carbides in Ni-base superalloys K403 casted by different methods were analyzed by optical microscope（OM）

scanning electron microscope（SEM）and energy dispersive X-ray（EDX）

and effects of the primary carbides on stress rupture behavior of K403 alloy at high temperatures were investigated.The results indicate that primary carbides in K403 are mainly composed of MC type carbide.The casting temperature can be ignored for effect on the primary carbide and stress rupture behavior.However

the long-rod and large primary carbides are detected in K403 alloy at slow cooling rate

which decreases its stress rupture behavior.In contrast

the enhanced stress rupture behavior is observed in K403 alloy at fast cooling rate as a result of the dispersed fine primary carbides.
