摘要

双偏心蝶阀属厚大断面球铁铸件

铸造过程中用Mg8RE3轻稀土球化剂时

铸件的力学性能指标不稳定

甚至出现不合格的现象。采用钇基重稀土球化剂（TZ-3A）

调整C、Si元素的含量

严格控制合金元素含量

球化处理和孕育处理按照原工艺执行

进行浇注控制后分析铸件组织和性能的变化

解决了阀体金相组织中部球化衰退、石墨球偏大、石墨开花等问题。结果表明

球铁铸件的抗拉强度≥450 MPa

伸长率≥10%;铸件本体金相组织高于客户要求。

Abstract

The double eccentric butterfly valve with a thick and large cross section exists the unstable and the unqualified problems in property index by using the 3 to 8 light rare earths nodularizer.The change of structure and mechanical properties of the casting after pouring control were analyzed with applying the yttrium base heavy rare earths nodularizer（TZ-3 A）as well as adjusting the content of C and Si elements with strictly controlling the content of alloying elements.The spheroidizing and the inoculation treatment were performed according to the original technology.The problems such as spheroidizing fading in the heart part of the double eccentric butterfly valve

graphite ball coarseness and graphite flowering were solved.The results show that the tensile strength and the elongation of the valve body reach more than 450 MPa and 10%

respectively

meeting the requirements of the customers.
