摘要

以奥氏体耐热不锈钢为研究对象

研究了0.15%的WS-1无硅变质剂对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明

变质处理对抑制晶粒长大

细化组织和提高材料的力学性能效果良好;变质合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为463.6MPa、276.6 MPa、6.91%

比未变质合金分别提高了44.3%、15.3%、77.2%

满足相关力学性能要求。

Abstract

The influence of 0.15% WS-1 no silicon modifier on microstructure and properties of austenitic heat resistant stainless steel was tested.The results show that the modification treatment has a good effect on the inhibition of crystal growth

the refinement of microstructure and the increase of mechanical properties of the alloy.The tensile strength

yield strength and elongation of the alloy with 0.15%modifier reach 463.6 MPa、276.6 MPa、6.91%

respectively

which are increased by 44.3%、15.3%、77.2%

compared with those of the alloy without WS-1 modifier addition

meeting requirement of mechanical properties.
