摘要

采用真空电弧炉制备了稀土Al-Fe合金

借助扫描电镜、能谱和XRD对合金的组织、结构及粉化机理进行分析。结果表明

Al-Fe合金由FeAl2、FeAl3和Fe2Al5等3种相组成

而稀土铝铁合金则由FeAl3、Fe2Al5和RE-Al-Fe相组成

并且RE-Al-Fe相含量随着稀土含量的增大而增多。稀土的加入

使得合金中的晶粒得到细化

组织更加致密

粉化时间得到有效的延迟。

Abstract

Al-Fe alloy was prepared by vacuum arc furnace.The microstructure

composition and pulverization mechanism of Al-Fe alloy were observed by SEM（scanning electron microscopy）

EDS（energy dispersive spectrometer）and XRD.XRD results show that the Al-Fe alloys consist of FeAl

、FeAl

and Fe

.However

the RE-Al-Fe alloy is composed of the FeAl3、Fe

and a small amount of the REAl-Fe phase.And content of the RE-Al-Fe phase in alloys is increased with increasing in rare earth content.The results also show that the pulverization of alloy is extended effectively as a result of grain refinement and more compact microstructure with increasing in RE content in the Al-Fe alloy.
