摘要

对建筑用6061铝合金进行了不同温度的均匀化退火处理

采用光学显微镜（OM）、扫描电镜（SEM）和能谱仪（EDS）对比分析了铸态和热处理态6061合金的显微组织的变化

研究了6061合金热处理前后的电导率和力学性能变化规律。结果表明

半连续铸造6061铝合金中的主要物相为α-Al基体、Mg

Si、β-AlFeSi相和α-Al

（FeMn）

相;均匀化退火温度超过580℃时

6061铝合金开始发生过烧现象;随着均匀化退火温度升高

合金的屈服强度、抗拉强度、伸长率和断面收缩率都表现为先增加而后降低的趋势

在均匀化退火温度为575℃时取得最大值;6061铝合金适宜的均匀化退火温度为575℃。

Abstract

The homogenization annealing treatment of 6061 alloy was conducted at different temperatures.The microstructure of the alloy at as-cast and heat treatment state was analyzed comparatively by using optical microscope（OM）

scanning electron microscope（SEM）and energy dispersive spectrometer（EDS）.The electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of the alloy before and after heat treatment were also tested.The experimental results reveal that the microstructure of as-cast 6061 alloy are composed ofα-Al matrix

β-AlFeSi andα-Al

（FeMn）

phase.With the homogenization annealing temperature more than 580 ℃

over-burning phenomenon occurs.With the increase of the homogenization annealing temperature

the yield strength

tensile strength

elongation and percentage reduction of area are increased firstly and then decreased.The maximum value can be observed when homogenizing annealing temperature is 575 ℃

so the suitable annealing temperature for 6061 alloy is 575 ℃.
