摘要

在Mg-2.7Nd-0.4Zn-0.5Zr合金的基础上

添加了微量的Sb元素

采用光学显微镜、SEM、XRD观察和分析

并进行力学性能测试

研究了Sb元素对Mg-2.7Nd-0.4Zn-0.5Zr铸态合金组织的影响。结果表明

Sb元素的加入显著细化了晶粒

改善了共晶相的形貌

同时提高了合金的强度。加入Sb元素后

合金组织主要由α-Mg固溶体和Mg

Nd相组成

Sb元素主要分布在第二相与基体的交界处。

Abstract

The effects of trace Sb element addition on microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-2.7Nd-0.4Zn-0.5Zr as cast alloy were investigated by using optical microscope

SEM

XRD and tensile testing.The results show that Sb element can refine significantly the grains and improve the morphology of eutectic phase

leading to the improvement of the strength of alloy.The as-cast microstructure of Mg-2.7Nd-0.4Zn-0.5Zr-0.08 Sb alloy is composed ofα-Mg solid solution and Mg

Nd phase.Sb element is distributed mainly in the interface of second phase and matrix.
