摘要

针对钒钛磁铁矿湿磨工况下

半自磨机衬板的失效行为进行了研究。采用OM、SEM、EDS、硬度仪等分析手段分析了失效衬板组织的形貌特征

讨论了衬板材料在弱碱性工况下的腐蚀磨损机理。结果表明

失效衬板表面主要以切削犁沟、腐蚀坑和裂纹为主

材料表面硬度低、加工硬化效果不明显以及腐蚀磨损的交互作用是导致衬板失效的主要原因。

Abstract

Failure behavior of semi-autogenous mill liner was analyzed under V-Ti-magnetite wet grinding conditions.Through the optical microscope（OM）

scanning electron microscope（SEM）

energy dispersive spectroscopy（EDS）

hardness tester and other materials testing instruments

the microstructures of failure liner were investigated

and the corrosive wear mechanism of liner material under weak alkaline conditions was expounded.The results show that the surface of liner is mainly characterized by cutting furrow

corrosion pits and cracks.The interaction of low surface hardness

weak hardening effect and corrosion-wear of liner material are responsible for failure of liner.
